Transcript Requests

CLASS OF 2025 - SENIORS - To request your High School transcript, go to www.parchment.com -If you are not able to log in using your school credentials, stop by the Counseling Office or email your counselor to be sure your account was set up correctly.

**Note: Do not use Parchment if you have already graduated- this now includes 2024 graduates - see OTHER TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS**

OTHER TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS - (For Alumni, and all other students in gr. 5-10) **DO NOT USE PARCHMENT IF YOU HAVE GRADUATED**

**WE NEED A SIGNATURE for all Official Transcript Requests** If you do not have access to a printer, you may write down (on a piece of paper) the information that is listed on the form, sign the paper, take a picture with your phone, then email it to Kim Dowzak at kdowzak@fergusotters.org.
